JRF is pleased to share its Strategic Plan with you. In addition to statements of our mission, general vision and programmatic vision, it contains 3-5 year goals relating to education, strengthening congregations, strengthening the Reconstructionist Movement, as well matters relating to operations, governance and administrative systems.
We would particularly bring your attention to three themes:
1. Developing data base and technological tools to provide sophisticated support for networking among our congregations based on shared circumstances and challenges.
2. Focusing our programmatic work on what our congregations have consistently identified as their key challenges: growth, branding, governance, rabbi-congregational relations.
3. Building on the success of Camp JRF and our expanding support for congregational schools, with innovative work connecting the programs and methodologies of informal and formal education.
4. Exploring new relationships between the JRF, the RRC the RRA and rabbis collectively to foster collaboration on movement-wide initiatives to support movement-wide goals.
